ADMIN SCALE
The admin scale is a tool
that enables any org or activity to see where it is going, and check if
it has all the parts necessary to go there. It is basically a list of things
and actions and products that add up to the overall aim of any activity.------------- Administration Scale ICAUSE World Wide Down the scale somewhere, there are such things a targets. These are things that one gets done, and it furthers the overall purpose. Goals are a target on a broader scale. The purpose of the ICAUSE LA was simply to create 50 OT 8 Class 12 beings, who would hopefully contribute to the knowledge of the upper levels beyond in ten years. This was a very do-able target. That was only 5 a year, a task possible probably within reach of one or two auditors even, at least for the auditing side. The training side will take much longer. Then it turned out in doing so that it came across international lines, and other AO's wished to join the game. It seemed to be a popular thing to do, this clearing and training. So the ICAUSE orgs were born. I have no idea how many there will be. But just to keep it all practical, and do-able, lets just say that 10 orgs would want to contribute. And further say that they would each make 50 immortality course 8's in ten years. That adds up to 500 OT 8 people. When you stop and think about it, that is a very very short goal. When I finished Old Section 7, my number was 1000. How long would it take to get an Old Full 7 to immortality course 8? Not long, a few months perhaps, or even a year. No where near ten years that's for sure. And I think at that time there were something like 5,000 Section 4's. I sure does not seem like a hard target to only make 500 8's in ten years. But lets just imagine that it occurred already. Ten orgs under a common banner of purpose with 500 immortality course 8 trained beings. What in the world would be worthy of the attentions of such a consortium? The dynamic banks of course. War, criminals, and insanity, the root of. So we add another 0. Now everyone has to go out and make ten more in ten years. Demonstrate competence along the dynamics. Falling off the log easy for an immortality course 8. One a year, per person. But in 20 years, that would be 5000 OT 8's. That is more than the CO$ made from 1950 to date, over 50 years. It is not a sky high goal, it is not impossible to do. It is not even something as nebulous as a clear planet even. It is only making 5000 Section 8 OT course completions in 20 years. Who knows, half of them will be way way above 8 by that time. And I would say another 20 or 30 thousand scattered along the path some where on the way. So, lets make that the goal of the ICAUSE churches. 500 immortality course 8, trained beings in ten years. And 5000 in twenty. Since I like round numbers, let's just make it the year 2020. 5000 immortality course 8 Class 8's by the year 2020. It is doable, you will see, as the admin scale is further Developed and issued. And it could be done with only 10 orgs. There is no reason to complain that the path is gone, or it is hard to get up it. Its simple. We have all the tools and the materials, and most importantly the case gain and reality of the situation. We have blueprints galore, and 30 or 40 thousand willing hands to give something to do. God knows how many people would like to be on the path that have never even heard of it, millions, billions. So, lets get busy and build that better path. We have the knowledge, we have the tools and the materials over there in a great big pile gathering dust, and about a million thetans sitting on it whining about there is nothing to do. "I wuz robbed." This may look like a pretty strange path to some when we are done. There is going to be bicycle lanes by UCP, Security and passing lanes by Ron's Orgs, Tramways by the Pilot, Area Control by the critics, and on and on. Probably be plenty of graffiti too, but it will not interrupt the flow. All of these modified technologies will of course have to give way to standard technology, as that is truly the only way out. So if these goals seem useful and worthwhile to you, if you would like to contribute somehow, if you need a hammer and nails, or a few sessions before you get started, ICAUSE could use a hand or two.
